Grizzly Creek Fire Partners in Renewal

Xcel_Energy_logo_logotype.png

2020 was a historic year for Colorado wildfires, which left a significant mark on our lands and communities. The Xcel Energy Foundation contributed $50,000 in relief to nine organizations, including Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers. Wildfire safety, prevention, mitigation, and recovery is a top priority at Xcel Energy, and we hope these funds will help restore Colorado’s ecosystem and reduce wildfire risk.

Adopt-a-Trail

Sustainability is Good Business

Two-Leaves-and-a-Bud_logo_BLACK_1200.png

Basalt-based tea company Two Leaves and a Bud could have located their headquarters anywhere, so why the Roaring Fork Valley?

It's the outdoors without a doubt! But just as important, is the sense of community.

To give back, the Two Leaves team has decided to adopt the Arbaney-Kittle Trail this year, so if you see some sweaty volunteers in the hills above Basalt, be sure to thank them for their efforts, and ask them which is better, oolong or rooibos!

Want to adopt your favorite trail this year? Click here to learn more.
