Garfield County Libraries & RFOV will host a book discussion about the Grizzly Creek Fire. Starting this spring, RFOV – leading the Glenwood Canyon Restoration Alliance – will renew landscape and community through collective action. By discussing the book "The Reindeer Chronicles," we will explain the multi-year restoration effort.
Copies of "The Reindeer Chronicles" are available at each of the six Garfield County Libraries on a first come, first served basis. The book discussion will be held virtually at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12th. More information and event registration will be available at www.gcpld.org. This event is part of a grant recently secured by Garfield County Libraries. Resilient Communities: Libraries Respond to Climate Change is a pilot program of the American Library Association.
