The Leaders of Volunteering so far in 2018

At the beginning of the 2018 public project season, we announced a new incentive program for volunteers. Thanks to companies like Summit Canyon Mountaineering, Ute Mountaineering, Aspen Skiing Company, and others, we're able to give volunteers extra incentive to get more involved. Every time you volunteer with RFOV, you get more chances to win prizes. Here are the leaders of the scoreboard as of June 28, 2018:

Volunteers & Members Leading the Scoreboard: Trey Barnes, Helen Carlsen, Jim Klein, Lee Bowers, Mandy Noel, and Ericka Crampton

By distributing project fliers, becoming Crew Leaders, and being the Ambassadors of our projects, these folks deserve a special shoutout.

How do we add up the points? Take a look at the different ways you can earn points with RFOV:

Project Ambassador - 4 points

Become a Member ($25 minimum) - 2 points

Trailhead Table (on your schedule!) - 4 points

Flier Distribution - 2 points

Each Public Project (per 4 hours) - 1 point

Be a Crew Leader (per 4 hours) - 2 points

Please note, Group Work Days are not included in this count. However, they are included in our end of the season bike drawing! To be entered in the bike drawing, you must volunteer for 2 or more volunteer sessions (Group Work Days or Public Projects), and the more you volunteer, the more entries you earn.
