Become an Intern with RFOV!

Become an Intern and get Paid to Hike! We are excited to offer this internship with the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies and Fat City Farmers to students at Coal Ridge High School and Rifle High School this fall! Through the Inspired Stewards internship program, students will develop skills in trail-building, wildlife biology, & farming, while gaining an awareness of pathways to environmental & outdoor-based careers. Rescheduled — August 21 project rescheduled to Aug 28 due to weather

Due to rainy and wet weather conditions, tonight’s Red Hill Project has been rescheduled for the same time and location next Tuesday, August 28th. The project site became muddy and slippery, which is not ideal when dealing with heavy rocks and steep slopes. Map to Skyline Ridge Reroute Trail Project Site

[UPDATE 6/19/18] Small Change: The RFOV Registration Tent will be at the Snowmass Rodeo Grounds Parking Lot (where parking is indicated on the map). The project site is about 2.5 miles from the RFOV Registration Tent/Viewline Trailhead. You can bike or hike to the project site, but fill up your water beforehand or at the registration tent — tools will be at the site but water and gloves will not.
