Join Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers (RFOV) and Ecoflight on a 14-day exploration through the Northern Indian Himalayas!

RFOV and EcoFlight share a similar mission to engage communities in environmental stewardship. We're partnering up for this wonderful opportunity to experience one of the most vibrant cultures of the world, trek on an ancient trail system maintained and built entirely by volunteers, and float the largest river in the world, the Ganges.

  • Become part of a community of donors committed to adventure travel and environmental stewardship.
  • Throughout the journey, you will be accompanied by Ron Rash, Executive Director of RFOV. Ron was the former owner of Aspen Alpine Guides and has been guiding internationally for over 30 years. RFOV promotes stewardship of our public lands by engaging the community in volunteer trail and restoration projects. Since 2002, EcoFlight has been putting people into high places using small aircraft. EcoFlight encourages environmental stewardship from an aerial vantage that provides a critical perspective for the protection of remaining wild lands and wildlife habitat -- bestowing a solid grasp of large-scale land use issues like oil and gas drilling and associated impacts, hard rock mining, water diversion projects, forest clear-cuts, road building, and off-road vehicle use.
